DevOps Engineer

Your mission

Wattstor is looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Brno and play a pivotal role in the evolution of our groundbreaking products.

This is an ideal role for someone with a good foundation in cloud technologies and automation who wants to expand their skills and make impactful contributions to our product delivery and infrastructure reliability.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be developing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Your expertise in cloud technologies and automation will be essential in creating reliable solutions that empower Wattstor to deliver and scale its products efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform, including resource monitoring and cost optimization
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Configure and maintain container orchestration platforms with AWS ECS
Manage Ansible configuration for IoT devices
Implement security measures and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch
Work with the development team to improve deployment processes
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Your profile

Desired skills:

Good Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) administration skills, including system troubleshooting and shell scripting
Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and basic cloud concepts
Experience with Docker containerization and container orchestration
Understanding of networking concepts and security fundamentals
Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform
Familiarity with Ansible for configuration management
Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch)
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
