Your mission
Role purpose:
We are looking for a technically strong and hands-on Hardware Manager to lead and grow our hardware development capabilities. This role focuses on the system-level design and specification of key components including Battery inverters, PV inverters, MPPTs, Batteries, and the AC/DC-coupled architecture of our integrated energy systems. The ideal candidate will manage the Hardware Team and collaborate closely with our embedded software developers, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and robust performance of our systems across various customer deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing AC and DC coupled system architectures and ensuring proper integration across subsystems.
- Managing and mentoring the Hardware Team and Embedded software developers.
- Working with product management and EMS development teams to define technical requirements and interfaces.
- Evaluating and selecting technology suppliers and key component partners.
- Supporting certification processes and safety evaluations (EMC, grid code compliance, etc.).
- Ensuring seamless integration of embedded control logic and communication protocols with hardware.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and system-level issues during development and deployment.
- Documenting hardware designs, integration guides, and testing procedures.
