Your mission

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and driven Mid-Level Software Engineer / Developer to help build and evolve our cutting-edge energy management platform, which optimizes the use of batteries, renewable energy sources, and grid interactions. You’ll be working on meaningful software that directly contributes to the energy transition, delivering real value to our customers and partners.

You’ll be joining a progressive and motivated agile team that believes in more than just moving tickets — we care about solving real problems and making our users’ lives easier.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs using Python and FastAPI
Contribute to building and evolving a platform that manages distributed energy assets, batteries, and renewables
Collaborate closely with engineers, product manager, and designer to deliver customer-centric solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality releases
Support our Continuous Delivery pipelines to deliver value frequently and reliably
Engage in architectural discussions and help shape the direction of our platform

Tech Stack You’ll Work With:

Languages & Frameworks: Python, FastAPI
Infrastructure: Docker, AWS
Practices: Agile methodologies, Continuous Delivery

Your profile

2–4 years of professional experience in software development
Solid knowledge of Python and experience building HTTP APIs and web services
Experience working with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS
Familiarity with modern development methodologies, including Agile, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery
Familiarity with good development practices & principles like TDD, trunk-based development, clean code
Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset
Collaborative, communicative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive team culture
Willingness to learn and share knowledge

Nice to Have:

Background in energy systems, IoT, or real-time data processing
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
Exposure to frontend technologies is a plus, though not required
