Your mission


Responsibilities

  • Architect the QA function from the ground up, establishing the overall QA strategy, processes, and governance, and integrating them into existing company practices, including tests and tooling.

  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to prepare and document comprehensive test scenarios.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

  • Propose and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and tooling to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

  • Work closely with development teams to improve product quality by identifying issues early in the development cycle.

  • Lead efforts to continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Mentor and support other team members in testing techniques and automation best practices.

  • Identify and track defects, work with developers to resolve issues, and ensure successful releases.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new testing tools, and methodologies to improve testing efficiency.

Your profile

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing.

  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, etc.).

  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript).

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
