Your mission

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Marketing Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of Wattstor's marketing program in the Czech Republic. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering marketing campaigns, organizing events, managing websites, and leading customer evidence initiatives.

Marketing campaigns 
Own the execution of marketing campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities and support the Czech sales team: 
    Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
    Coordinate campaign delivery with external agencies and specialist partners
    Manage campaign timelines, budgets and reporting
    Measure campaign performance and identify ways to improve conversion rates
    Share customer and market insights to continuously improve messaging and campaign effectiveness

Events 
Take ownership of the planning and execution of Wattstor's events programme:
    Plan and deliver exhibitions, conferences, customer events and webinars
    Manage event logistics, suppliers, budgets and timelines
    Coordinate exhibition stands, promotional materials and merchandise
    Support speaker preparation and presentation materials
    Deliver pre-event marketing campaigns and post-event follow-up activities
    Coordinate lead capture and ensure timely follow-up with the commercial team
    Measure event ROI and identify improvements for future events

Customer Evidence Initiative
Manage the end-to-end Customer Evidence Framework, driving the intake, approval, and distribution of customer success stories:
    Identify, nurture, and convert satisfied clients into brand advocates
    Create comprehensive case studies, written testimonials, and video/photo assets by leading cross-functional creative teams
    Managed end-to-end customer communications to maintain strong, lasting relationships with key reference accounts
    Served as the primary point of contact for customer advocacy initiatives, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for participating customers

Website administration & Marketing Operations
Responsibilities include:
    Oversee day-to-day website updates, manage plugins/themes, ensure page performance, and handle routine CMS publishing across company web channels
    Partner with specialist agencies to improve technical SEO, page load speeds, and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)
    Managed day-to-day marketing administration, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor contract management
    Support content creation for all company channels with internal experts and external freelancers
    Support PR activities and opportunities in industry publications 


Your profile

  • 3–6 years' experience in marketing
  • Fluent English with the ability to comfortably lead meetings, negotiate, and write complex business documentation
  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech 
  • Experience planning and delivering events
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Understanding of SEO (and preferably also AEO) best practices 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform
  • Experience with WordPress or similar website administration tool 
  • Experience with basic editing in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Premiere Pro 
  • Experience within energy or technology is a plus
